The Birth of Tabeeze
Like many parents, I assumed baby clothes were simple. Onesies had been around forever, so surely they were already perfected… right?
But once I started dressing my newborn niece, I noticed something strange: baby clothes seemed to fight the very people trying to care for babies.
Every change involved:
• Stretching collars over delicate heads
• Tugging tiny arms through sleeves
• Jostling babies who were finally calm
• Repeating the whole struggle multiple times a day
It felt backwards. Clothing should make caregiving easier—not harder.
So I began redesigning the entire idea of the bodysuit.
After years of prototyping, testing, and refining, the solution emerged: dress babies from the feet up.
The result became the Tabeeze Bottom-Up Bodysuit.
Babywear Built to Complement Care
Tabeeze is a patented babywear system that makes dressing, changing, and caring for babies calmer, easier, and more connected—for both parents and caregivers.
At the heart of every Tabeeze garment is a simple but powerful idea: Babies shouldn’t have to be squeezed through clothing.
Instead, Tabeeze dresses babies from the feet up, using patented shoulder snaps and thoughtfully placed closures that allow garments to open wide. No pulling collars over fragile heads. No wrestling tiny arms through sleeves. Just gentle, cooperative clothing that works with caregivers instead of against them.
Tabeeze garments include features designed specifically around how babies are handled, changed, and comforted:

• Feet-first dressing that avoids pulling clothing over the head

From Homes to Hospitals
What began as a solution for everyday parents soon found an unexpected audience.
Medical professionals started reaching out.
NICU nurses, pediatric specialists, and hospital caregivers immediately saw how helpful Tabeeze’s design could be for babies receiving medical care.
Traditional baby clothes can make dressing medically complex infants difficult—especially when babies have monitors, tubes, or fragile skin.
Because Tabeeze opens fully and avoids pulling clothing over the head, caregivers can dress babies with far less disturbance, while still maintaining warmth and comfort.
Today Tabeeze is used in NICUs and pediatric units where gentle handling matters most.
Appearing on Shark Tank
The idea also reached a national audience when Tabeeze appeared on Shark Tank, where the concept of bottom-up babywear sparked conversations about how thoughtful design can transform everyday caregiving.
But the real validation hasn’t come from television.
It comes from parents and caregivers who tell us the same thing again and again:
"Why hasn’t baby clothing always worked this way?"
