Tabeeze in the NICU

Care in the NICU is complex, requiring coordination around medically fragile infants and clinical equipment. Tabeeze is designed to support this environment, aligning with nursing workflows while enabling family participation in care.

Tabeeze is built around innovative shoulder‑snap access that opens fully and gently, reducing unnecessary movement and helping babies stay calm in every setting. Trusted in the NICU and embraced at home, our design supports smooth, connected moments - from hospital to home.

How Tabeeze works

Tabeeze eliminates squeezing clothing over baby's head and manipulating their delicate arms through sleeves.

1 - SLIP
baby's feet into Tabeeze

2 - SLIDE it up over their chest

3 - SNAP at the shoulders

Trusted in the NICU and loved in homes, our design supports smooth, calm, and connected moments.

A note from Dr. Lauren Ross

As a social psychologist and former clinical research scientist, I have focused on how small moments of support can shape human experiences in high-stress environments.

I am also a caregiver in my personal life, where I have seen how the right tool, something that reduces friction or removes a barrier, can meaningfully change the experience of care. That perspective continues to guide how I approach this work and is reflected in Tabeeze, which was created with a simple goal: to design something that works with clinical care, not against it.

We are deeply grateful to the clinicians, hospitals, and research partners who have taken the time to evaluate our products and share their expertise. Your insights have been essential in shaping both our design and our understanding of real-world care, and it is a privilege to support the work you do and to partner with you in caring for medically complex infants and their families.

Testimonials

Testimonials

"The snaps at the top make it easy for nurses to dress the baby safely and tuck in the lines so they are out of the way. This is a game-changer for NICU nurses and their patients! Thank you for the love, care, and attention to detail that went into creating this product!"

NICU Nurse Manager, Utah

Testimonials

"During the last hospital admission of my grandson at Golisano Children's Hospital in Rochester, they had such a difficult time getting an IV because he is so young and his veins are not great. Then after finally getting an IV started, it got pulled out while taking off his onesie and delayed the procedure he was about to go in for. I am so grateful we will not need to go through that situation again on the long road ahead."

Testimonials

With traditional onesies, arms are usually left out because we cannot pull the arm through with an IV line. With shoulder snaps, Tabeeze allows us to dress infants easily and properly without interfering with the IV lines. The simple, convenient snaps are perfect for babies who would otherwise have no clothing options during their extended hospital stay. Tabeeze also helps bring joy to parents when they see their baby dressed for the first time.
